ROLL CALL Present. Chair David Corlett; Vice Chair Susan Obst-Dworkis; Commissioner Jackie Miles; Commissioner Dianne Price; Commissioner William Meade; Commissioner Deborah Skehen; Commissioner Sandra Orsini Staff Present Linda Ayres, Recreation Mananger Rachael Goodwin, Community Services Director/Deputy Town Manager Patti Lopuszanski, Executive Assistant 2. CALL TO THE PUBLIC Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(H), public comment is permitted (not required) on matters NOT listed on the agenda. Any such comment (i) must be within the jurisdiction of the Commission. and (ii) is subject to reasonable time, place, and manner restrictions. The Commission will not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during Call to the Public unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action. At the conclusion of the Call to the Public, individual commissioners may (0 respond to criticism, (ii) ask staff to review a matter, or Mask that the matter be placed on a future Commission agenda. Mr. Walt Franklin, a resident of Fountain Hills since the mid 1970's, presented his request for the Town of Fountain Hills to have an eternal resting place for residents. 3. CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: Approval of the HCAC Minutes of the meeting of November 7, 2022 MOVED BY Commissioner Sandra Ursini, SECONDED BY Commissioner Dianne Price Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously 4. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: Develop a Vision and Mission Statement for HCAC Agend Item 4. Discussion and Possible Action: Develop a Vision and Mission Statement for HCAC was tabled to be included on the agenda for the January 19, 2023 Work Session Special Meeting. 5. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: Fountain Park Information Maps It was discussed that a workgroup be established to look into the current information maps around Fountain Park and bring back their findings to the February 1, 2023 meeting. The workgroup will be made up of Vice -Chair Obst-Dworkis, Commissioner Skehen and Commissioner Ursini. 6. DISCUSSION AND POSSIBLE ACTION: Future Agenda Items Future Agenda Items discussed: 1.
