A Regular Meeting of the Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District Board
was convened at 16705 E. Avenue of the Fountains in open and public session
at 5:31 p.m.
Members Present: Chairman Ginny Dickey: Vice Chairman Peggy McMahon;
Board Member Gerry Friedel; Board Member Sharron Grzybowski; Board
Member Brenda J. Kalivianakis; Councilmember Hannah Toth; Councilmember
Allen Skillicorn
Staff Present: Interim District Manager Rachael Goodwin; District Attorney Aaron
D. Arnson; District Clerk Linda Mendenhall
Audience: Approximately ninety members of the public were present.

CHAIRMAN DICKEY: And we will start with our Eagle Mountain District. Roll call,
please. Have to do this every time, I guess. Woops. Thank you, roll call, please.
MENDENHALL: Thank you. All right. Board member Friedel.
FRIEDEL: Aye -- here.

MENDENHALL: Board member Grzybowski.
GRZYBOWSKI: Now I forgot what to say. Present.

KALIVIANAKIS: Here.

CHAIRMAN DICKEY: Here. Thank you so much. We will also approve the minutes
from our last meeting. Can I get a motion, please?
FRIEDEL: So move.

POCK: All right. So this one's the final budget for Eagle Mountain. There's actually no
expected or scheduled expenditures for Eagle Mountain this year. There is a project that
we might get approval from legal counsel to be able to use some of this money to do a
project along with the HOA. If that doesn't happen then, yes, there won't be any
expenditures and we'll be back next year for another amount. But -- any questions?
CHAIRMAN DICKEY: Any questions or comments? Can I get a motion?
FRIEDEL: Move to adopt resolution EMCFD 2023-02.
GRZYBOWSKI: Second.
CHAIRMAN DICKEY: Thank you. Roll call, please.
