Staff Summary (background
This Resolution related to the intergovernmental agreement is needed to develop and implement a cooperative highway
maintenance program whereby (if needed) routine or emergency highway maintenance will be performed more efficiently
between Maricopa County and Town of Fountain Hills. This agreement is designed to focus on the maintenance tasks
needed and the availability of resources for highway maintenance.
