Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Municipal
Property Corporation and to the general public that the Town of Fountain Hills Municipal
Property Corporation will hold a meeting on October 18, 2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m. in
Fountain Conference Room on the 2nd Floor of Town Hall, located at 16705 E. Avenue of
the Fountains, Fountain Hills, Arizona.
A majority of the Town Council may be present. No official action will be taken.

1. Call to order 9:12 a.m.
2. Roll call
3. Approval of October 20, 2011 meeting minutes APPROVED
4. Election of Officers WALT DUNNE, PRES; ROGER RIGGERT, VICE PRESIDENT,
