Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Municipal Property
Corporation and to the general public that the Town of Fountain Hills Municipal Property Corporation
will hold a meeting on April 29, 2015, beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the Fountain Conference Room on the
2nd Floor of Town Hall, located at 16705 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Fountain Hills, Arizona.
A majority of the Town Council may be present.
AGENDA:
1. CALL TO ORDER 8:32 a.m.
2. ROLL CALL
3. CONSIDERATION of approving October 16, 2014 meeting minutes APPROVED
4. CONSIDERATION of approving Resolution No. 2015-01 of the Board of Directors of
the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona Municipal Property Corporation authorizing and
approving the issuance and sale in one or more series of its municipal facilities revenue
refunding bonds, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $2,000,000 for the
purposes of refinancing of certain public improvements by providing for the refunding of
previously issued and outstanding bonds pursuant to an agreement; and authorizing and
approving the execution and delivery of all other agreements and instruments required,
and the taking of all other actions necessary, for the issuance and sale of the bonds and
for the redemption in advance of maturity of certain outstanding bonds on behalf of the
town. APPROVED
