WHEREAS, in accardance with Ari�. Re�. Stat. §§ 48-574 and 48-575, and
following pu�lished notice, a public hea�-ing was conducted ❑n June 2, 2�ZG, at
which hearing any taxpayer was �ermitted tn appear and be heard regarding the
2�2Ca-Z7 annual }�udget fot- ti�e CottonwQods Mai�ltenan�e ❑isti-ict, Maricopa Caunty,
Arizana [the "District"); a�ld
WHEREAS, on June 2, 2026, the �isCrict Board adopted resoliition CMQ
2Ulb-[]�, appra�i»g the District's annual budget; and
WHEREAS, pursuatlt to Ari�. Rev. Stat, §§ 48-574 and �8-575, tl�e District
Board desires tn le�y such amounts as necessary for tlze Uisti�ict's Z026-Z7 annual
budget.

the Maricopa County Assessor.
