WHEREAS, the Town of Fountain Nills, being a qualifying entity, acts as a"Pass Through" agency
for the Fauntain Hills Unified Schaol District by accepting any disperse� funds inter�ded for the
Founfain Hills Llnified Schoal ❑istrict from the �ila River Grants Re�iew Committee and in
accordance with the terms and conditions af said grant.
NOW, THEREF�RE, BE IT RES�LVE❑ BY THE MAYDR AND COl1NCIL OF THE TOWH OF
FOIJNTA�N HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows:
SECTI�N 1. The recital above is hereby incorparated as if fully set forth herein.
SE�iION 2. The Tawn hereby authorizes the acceptance of funds.
SECTI�N 3. The Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk, and #�e Town Attarney are hereby
autharized and directed to cause the exe�ution af the grant funding and to take alf steps necessary
to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
