PROCLAMATION
OFFICE OF THE MAYOR
Whereas, Mildred Frederick is a treasured citizen of the
Town of Fountain Hills, and
Whereas, Mildred Frederick is celebrating her 105th
birthday today, and
Whereas, Mildred Frederick’s life is full of family and
friends who admire her and wish her well on her birthday
and always,
Now, Therefore, I, Jay T. Schlum, Mayor of the Town of
Fountain Hills, hereby proclaim the Town’s appreciation for
a citizen such as Mildred Frederick and on behalf of the
Town Council extend hearty congratulations on her 105th
birthday.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand
and caused to be affixed the official seal of the Town of
Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, Arizona this 21st day of
