RESOLUTION 1992 -03
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS, ARIZONA, PROVIDING NOTICE OF THE REGULAR PRIMARY ELECTION;
AND ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES AND VOTING DISTRICTS AND THE
TIMES THAT SUCH POLLS WILL BE OPEN.
WHEREAS, it is provided by law for the holding of a Primary Election; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council have by resolution called a Primary Election to be held on
March 24, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Town Council of the Town of Fountain
Hills, as follows:
Section 1. Designation of Election Date
That the Town Primary Election be held on Tuesday, March 24, 1992 for the purpose of
nominating candidates for the offices of Town Council. (Any candidate receiving a majority of all of the
votes cast at the Primary Election will be declared elected without running at the General Municipal
Election.)
Section 2. Polling Places and Voting Districts
The polling places and voting districts are as follows:
Polling Place #1, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #1:
Fountain Hills Community Center, 11445 N. Saguaro Blvd.
Polling Place #2, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #2:
Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Corner of El Lago & Fountain Hills Blvd.
Polling Place #3, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #3:
Fountain Hills School District Administration Building, 14605 N. Del Cambre
Polling Place #4, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #4:
McDowell Mountain Elementary School, 14825 N. Fayette Dr.
The polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
Arizona, this 20th day of February, 1992.
