A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ESTABLISHING A FEE FOR EASEMENT ABANDONMENTS.
WHEREAS, the Town of Fountain Hills is requested by property owners to coordinate
and assist in the abandonment of easements encumbering certain private
property; and
WHEREAS, the process of coordinating said abandonments requires the expenditure
of time and materials by the Town staff;
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills as follows:
Section 1. That there is hereby established a non - refundable fee of two hundred
dollars ($200,00) payable to the Town at the time a request for abandonment is
filed with the Engineering Department.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills
this 3rd day of September,1992,

RESOLUTION 1992 -26
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,
ARIZONA, PROVIDING NOTICE OF THE GENERAL CONSOLIDATED ELECTION WITH
REGARDS TO THE DIRECT ELECTION OF MAYOR; AND ESTABLISHING POLLING
PLACES AND VOTING DISTRICTS AND THE TIMES THAT SUCH POLLS WILL BE OPEN.
WHEREAS, it is provided by Chapter 246, House Bill 2390 for cities and towns to consolidate elections with
Maricopa County; and
WHEREAS, Maricopa County has called an election for November 3, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council have by ordinance provided for a vote of the qualified electors of the
Town approving the direct election of Mayor.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of Fountain Hills as follows:
Section 1. Designation of Election Date
That, at the consolidated General Election on Tuesday, November 3, 1992, the question "Shall the mayor
of the Town of Fountain Hills be directly elected by the electors rather than selected by the common council ?" will
appear on the ballot for the voters of Fountain Hills.
Section 2. Polling Places and Voting Districts
The polling places and voting districts are as follows:
Polling Place #1, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #1:
McDowell Mountain Elementary School, 14825 N. Fayette Dr.
Polling Place #2, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #2:
Fountain Hills School District Administration Building, 14605 N. Del Cambre
Polling Place #3, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #3:
Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church, 13001 N. Fountain Hills Blvd.
Polling Place #4, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #4:
Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Corner of El Lago & Fountain Hills Blvd.
Polling Place #5, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #5:
Fountain Hills Community Center, 11445 N. Saguaro Blvd.
Polling Place #6, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #6:
Fountain Hills Library, 16836 E. Palisades Blvd., Building C
The polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
