RESOLUTION OF THE CHAIRMAN AND BOARD OF THE EAGLE
MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY FACILITIES DISTRICT,APPROVING THE
TENTATIVE BUDGET OF THE DISTRICT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
BEGINNING JULY 1,2014 AND ENDING JUNE 30,2015,AND SETTING A
HEARING DATE FOR THE BUDGET.
BEIT RESOLVED bytheChairmanandBoard of theEagleMountainCommunity
FacilitiesDistrict.Maricopa County.Arizona,asfollows:
SECTION 1.The statements and schedules attached hereto as Exhibit A and
incorporated herein bythis reference are hereby approved forthe purpose as hereinafter set forth
asthe tentative budget forthe Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District (the"District")for
the fiscal year2014-15.Thestatementsandestimatesoftheoperationandmaintenance
expensesoftheDistrictandtheamountneededtopaygeneralobligationbonds of theDistrict
(collectively,the "District Expenditures"),whicharetobepaidfromadvaloremtaxescollected
intheDistrict,areherebyfiledwiththe District Clerk.
SECTION2.TheDistrictClerkisherebyauthorizedanddirectedtocausetobemailed
tothe governing bodyoftheTownof Fountain Hillsand published inthemanner prescribed by
law,anoticein substantially theform attached heretoasExhibitA.thattheDistrictBoardwill
meetforthe purpose of conducting a final hearingfor District taxpayers onthe statements and
estimates ofDistrict Expenditures filed with theDistrictClerkandonthe adoption ofthe 2014-
15 AnnualBudgetfortheDistrict;saidhearingtobeconductedonJune5,2014,atthehourof
6:20p.m.intheDistrictoffices(theCouncilChambersatFountainHillsTownHall),16705E.
Avenue of theFountains,FountainHills.Arizona,with final approvaloftheTaxLevyon
June19,2014,atthesametimeandplace.

The taxpayers ofthe Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District are hereby notified
thatthe Chairman and Board members willholda public meeting onJune5,2014 at
6:20p.m.attheDistrictofficeslocatedat16705E.AvenueoftheFountains,Fountain
Hills,Arizona,whenandwhereanytaxpayersoftheDistrictwillbeheardinfavorof,or
against anyofthe proposed expenditures forthe Eagle Mountain Community Facilities
District,after which the foregoing estimates,as modified oras now existing,will be
adopted bythe Board asthebasisforthe 2014/2015 budget.Copiesofthetentative
2014/2015 District budget may be viewed priortotheJune5,2014,meeting atthe
District Clerk's office and the Town of Fountain Hills website.
