NOTICE OF CANCELLATION
FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL SESSIONS

At the April 3, 2018 Town Council Meeting, the Council approved the
CANCELLATION of the May 15, 2018 Town of Fountain Hills Council
meeting as it is Election Day; and the CANCELLATION of the Fountain
Hills Town Council meetings for July 3, July 17, August 7, and August
21, 2018, as well as the tentative Work -Study Sessions scheduled for July
10 and August 14, 2018, as the Council's Summer hiatus.
Regular Council Meetings will resume on September 4, 2018.
PROCEDURE FOR ADDRESSING THE COU
Anyone wishing to speak before the Council must fill out a speaker's card s b t i o t T ler io to

Speakers will be called in the order i whics ak ds ce eived �theil byihe Clerk or the Mayor. At
that time, speakers shout n d app ch e t ak s are asked to state their name and whether
or not they res'i n in s (do t p vid dress) prior to commenting and to direct their
comments e e d' g ffic and i 'vi 1 ouncilmembers. Speakers' statements should not be
re tits pea o es to ea en called, the speaker will be deemed to have waived his or her
op rt eak h t eakers may not (i) reserve a portion of their time for a later time or (ii)
tra er onto e to another speaker.
Hearing, please submit the speaker card to speak to that issue during the Public Hearing.

by (i) discretion of the Town Manager upon request by the speaker not less than 24 hours prior to a Meeting,
(ii) consensus of the Council at Meeting or (iii) the Mayor either prior to or during a Meeting. Please be
respectful when making your comments. If you do not comply with these rules, you will be asked to leave.
