Councilmembers of the Town of Fountain Hills will attend either in person or by telephone conference call; a
quorum of the Town's various Commission, Committee or Board members may be in attendance at the Council
meeting.
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to A.R.S. § 1-602.A.9, subject to certain specified statutory exceptions, parents
have a right to consent before the State or any of its political subdivisions make a video or audio recording of a
minor child. Meetings of the Town Council are audio and/or video recorded and, as a result, proceedings in which
children are present may be subject to such recording. Parents, in order to exercise their rights may either file
written consent with the Town Clerk to such recording, or take personal action to ensure that their child or children
are not present when a recording may be made. If a child is present at the time a recording is made, the Town will
assume that the rights afforded parents pursuant to A.R.S. § 1-602.A.9 have been waived.

2. Review of items discussed from the November 8, 2017 Joint Session:
a. Provide mutual advance notice of events to plan for a possible increase in traffic
and public safety needs
b. Publish educational information in the Fountain Hills First community newsletter
relating to the prohibition of ATVs on Fort McDowell jurisdiction
c. Providing a link on the Town's website to Fort McDowell events with their
inclusion on the Town's social media sites
d. Include Fort McDowell promotional materials in the Town booth during the two
regional art fairs
e. Consideration of developing and sponsoring classes in Fountain Hills' schools
relating to Fort McDowell tribal history and heritage
£ Linking Fort McDowell to EPCOR for possible emergency water service
connection
g. Actions taken to reduce run-off of water from the Panorama Wash onto the We -
Ko -Pa Golf Course
h. Update on the Cattle Guard replacement project at Grande/San Marcos to be
undertaken by Maricopa County
i. Discussion regarding future traffic connectivity from the Beeline Highway to the
202 for the purpose of increasing economic activity in the Town and Fort
McDowell
