SPECIAL AND EXECUTIVE SESSION OF
THE FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN COUNCIL
“Councilmembers of the Town of Fountain Hills will attend either in person or by telephone conference call.”
TIME: 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M
WHEN: TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2007
WHERE: FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN HALL, 2nd floor Fountain Conference Room

1.) CALL TO ORDER
2.) ROLL CALL
3.) VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION: (i) Pursuant to §38-431.03(A)(1), for discussion
or employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, salaries, disciplining or
resignation of a public officer, appointee or employee may demand that the discussion or
consideration occur at a public meeting. The public body shall provide the officer, appointee or
employee with written notice of the executive session as is appropriate but not less than twenty-four
hours for the officer, appointee or employee to determine whether the discussion or consideration
should occur at a public meeting. (Specifically, for the purpose discussing the Town Manager’s
performance evaluation.)
4.) RETURN TO THE SPECIAL SESSION AND ADJOURN
DATED this 7th day of September 2007.
