HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrd 1997-19 TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS ORDINANCE 97-19 AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,AMENDING CHAPTER 15 OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS TOWN CODE "SUBDIVISIONS" TO AMEND TABLE 3 OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS BY ADDING THE JACARANDA TREE (JACARANDA MIMOSIFOLIA)TO THE FOUNTAIN HILLS PLANT LIST. WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills adopted Ordinance #96-29, on October 3, 1996, which adopted The Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills; and WHEREAS, On March 20, 1907 the Town Council of the Town of Fountain Hills adopted the Jacaranda Tree (Jacaranda Mimosifolia) as the Town Tree; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Town of Fountain Hills Town Code, Chapter 15 "Subdivisions" shall be amended to add to Table 3, of The Subdivision Ordinance of the Town of Fountain Hills the Jacaranda Tree (Jacaranda Mimosifolia) to Fountain Hills Plant List as shown in Exhibit "A".
