HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2006-09 RESOLUTION NO. 2006-09 ikby A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, APPROVING A FEE SCHEDULE FOR PLANNING, BUILDING AND ENGINEERING FEES FOR THE TOWN. WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town Council") adopted Ordinance 06-09 on May 4, 2006 (the"Ordinance"); and WHEREAS, the Ordinance provides that fees for services provided by the Planning Division, the Building Division and the Engineering Division (the "Fee Schedule") may be established by Town Council resolution; and WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to adopt a Fee Schedule for services provided by the Planning, Building and Engineering Divisions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS as follows: SECTION 1. That the Fee Schedule is hereby approved in the form as set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. ( SECTION 2. That the Mayor, the City Manager, the City Clerk and the City Attorney (lbw are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all steps necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution. L 646536.1 2 PLANNING & ZONING AND ENGINEERING DIVISIONS FEE SCHEDULE ALL APPLICATION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE PERMIT FEE Area Specific Plans: $ 3,000.00 plus $10 a lot or unit, whichever is greater Area Specific Plan Amendments: $ 2,000.00 plus$5 a lot or unit, whichever is greater General Plan Amendments: $ 3,000.00 plus$15 an acre. Preliminary Plats: $ 100.00 per lot,unit or tract up to $2,500.00+ $ 10.00 per lot,unit or tract over 25. Cut&Fill Waiver: $ 300.00 Final Plats and Plat Abandonments: $ 100.00 per lot,unit or tract, $ 700.00 maximum charge plus $10.00 per lot,unit, or tract over 7 with$1,000.00 maximum charge.
