A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMENDING THE FEE SCHEDULE FOR
PLANNING, BUILDING AND ENGINEERING FEES FOR THE TOWN.
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town
Council") adopted Ordinance No. 06-09 on May 4, 2006 (the "Ordinance"); and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance provides that fees for services provided by the Planning
Division, the Building Division and the Engineering Division (the "Fee Schedule") may be
established by Town Council resolution; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council desires to update the Fee Schedule for services provided
by the Planning and Engineering Divisions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Fee Schedule is hereby approved in the form as set forth in
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to execute all documents and take all steps
necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
June 15, 2006.

and are therefore subject to change.
