Consideration of RESOLUTION 2000-12, declaring and adopting the results of the primary election held on March 14,2000. 2.) CALL TO THE PUBLIC Public comment is encouraged but please be advised that the Council has no ability to respond or discuss matters brought up during the Call to the Public as such discussion is prohibited by the Arizona Open Meeting Law. 3.) Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.4., and A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.7., VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION for discussion or consultation with the attorneys of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its attorneys regarding the public body's position in pending or contemplated litigation regarding the Town versus MCO Properties; AND discussions or consultations with designated representatives of the public body in order to consider its position and instruct its representatives regarding negotiation for the purchase or lease of real property with regards to the possible acquisition parcels in the McDowell Mountain;respectively. 4.) RESOLUTION 2000-12 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, MARICOPA COUNTY, ARIZONA, DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF THE PRIMARY ELECTION HELD ON MARCH 14, 2000. WHEREAS, the Town of Fountain Hills, Maricopa County, Arizona did hold a primary election on the 14th day of March, 2000 for the nomination of a Mayor and three Councilmembers; and WHEREAS, the election returns have been presented to and have been canvassed by the Town Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,Maricopa County, Arizona, as follows: SECTION 1. That the total number of ballots cast at said primary election, as shown by the poll lists, was 3,532. SECTION 2.
