NOTICE OF DISCUSSION SESSIONS
WITH
DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
WHEN: MONDAY,JANUARY 22,2001
TIME: 3:00 P.M. - TOWN COUNCIL BRIEFING
The consultant will provide members of the Council with an
overview of the process.
7:00 P.M. -PUBLIC COMMUNITY VISION SESSION
The public is invited to attend and provide input on their visions of our
future downtown.
8:30 P.M. - ISSUE SESSION WITH TOWN COUNCIL
LThis meeting immediately follows the Community Vision Session, and
the public is invited. The consultant will discuss the key issues that
Town officials face in dealing with downtown development.

AGENDA
Throughout the day, the Mayor and Town Council will meet with the downtown
development consultant firm, Hyett Palma, to discuss ideas and gather information
regarding the future development of downtown Fountain Hills. All meetings are open
to the public. No formal Council action will be taken at these meetings. They are for
discussion purposes only.
