MINUTES
1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Dickey opened the meeting of the Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District
held May 5, 2020, at 5:31 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Present: Chairman Ginny Dickey; Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow; Member Art Tolis;
Member Dennis Brown; Member Alan Magazine; Member Sherry Leckrone;
Member David Spelich
Staff District Manager Grady E. Miller; District Attorney Aaron D. Arnson; District Clerk
Present: Elizabeth A. Burke
3. CONSIDERATION OF approval of minutes from the Regular Meeting of June 18, 2019, of the
Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District Board.
MOVED BY Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow, SECONDED BY Member Sherry Leckrone to
approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 18, 2019, of the Eagle Mountain
Community Facilities District Board.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
4. CONSIDERATION OF Resolution EMCFD 2020-01 approving the Tentative Budget of the
District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021, and setting a
hearing date for the budget.
District Manager Miller gave a brief review of the Eagle Mountain Community Facilities District.
MOVED BY Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow, SECONDED BY Member Sherry Leckrone to
adopt EMCFD Resolution 2020-01.
Vote: 7 - 0 - Unanimously
5. ADJOURNMENT
MOVED BY Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow, SECONDED BY Member Sherry Leckrone to
adjourn.
