1. CALL TO ORDER
Chairman Dickey called the meeting of May 5, 2020, to order at 5:33 p.m.

Present: Chairman Ginny Dickey; Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow; Board Member Art Tolis
(telephonically); Board Member Dennis Brown (telephonically); Board Member Alan
Magazine (telephonically); Board Member Sherry Leckrone (telephonically); Board
Member David Spelich (telephonically)
Staff District Manager Grady E. Miller; District Attorney Aaron D. Arnson; District Clerk
Present: Elizabeth A. Burke
3. CONSIDERATION OF approval of minutes from the Regular Meeting of June 18, 2019, of the
Cottonwoods Maintenance District Board.
MOVED BY Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow, SECONDED BY Board Member Sherry Leckrone
(telephonically) to approve the minutes of the Regular Meeting of June 18, 2019, of the
Cottonwoods Maintenance District Board
4. CONSIDERATION OF Resolution CMD 2020-01 by the District Board approving the Tentative
Budget of the District for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2020, and ending June 30, 2021,
providing notification to property owners, and setting a hearing date for the budget and annual
assessments.
District Manager Miller gave a brief overview of the Cottonwoods Maintenance District.
MOVED BY Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow, SECONDED BY Board Member Dennis Brown
(telephonically) to adopt Resolution CMD2020-01.
5. ADJOURNMENT
MOVED BY Vice Chairman Mike Scharnow, SECONDED BY Board Member Sherry Leckrone
(telephonically) to adjourn.
