3 n Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.02, as amended, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the general public
that the following Notice of Possible Quorum is given for activities for the year because there
may be a quorum of the McDowell Mountain Preservation Commission (MMPC) present;
that is Aw-ti however, no formal discussion/action will be taken by members in their respective roles. This
is not an all inclusive listing of events at which a quorum of the MMPC may be in attendance,
and is provided as a courtesy.
