Pursuant to A.R.S. 38431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Town Council of Fountain Hills,
the Fountain Hills Fire Board and to the general public that the Town Council of Fountain Hills will hold a
joint session open to the public on Tuesday, October 30, 2001 at 7:00 p.m. at the Community Center located
at 13001 La Montana Drive, Fountain Hills, Arizona.
The agenda for the meeting is as follows:
1.) DISCUSSION of issues regarding the current Rural Metro contract and the Fire District and Town
Council actions. Neither body is expected or anticipated to take any legal action. The meeting is for
discussion purposes only.
The public is invited to attend and observe but no public comment will be taken.
2.) ADJOURNMENT.
