• CALL TO ORDER - Mayor Beydler
• ROLL CALL
1.) Consideration of APPROVING a contract with Sintra Hoffman for interim town manager services not to
exceed $7,000.
2.) Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.03.A.1., VOTE TO GO INTO EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR: discussion or
consideration of employment, assignment, appointment, promotion, demotion, dismissal, salaries, disciplining
or resignation of a public officer, appointee or employee of any public body, except that with the exception of
salary discussions, an officer, appointee or employee may demand that such discussion or consideration occur at
a public meeting. The public body must provide the officer, appointee or employee with such personal notice of
the executive session as is appropriate but not less than 24 hours for the officer, appointee or employee to
determine whether such discussion or consideration should occur at a public meeting. (The Council will
interview candidates for the town manager position throughout the day from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
3.) RETURN TO SPECIAL SESSION AND ADJOURNMENT.
4.) THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL WILL ATTEND A RECEPTION FOR THE CANDIDATES AT THE
COMMUNITY CENTER LOCATED AT 13001 NORTH LA MONTANA DRIVE FROM 5:00 P.M. TO
6:30 P.M.
5.) THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL WILL HAVE DINNER WITH THE CANDIDATES AT NINA'S
L'ITALIANA LOCATED AT 16872 AVNUE OF THE FOU1 TAINS, #104 BEGINNING AT 6:30 P.M.
