A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF REAL
PROPERTY FROM LAKESIDE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS as follows:
SECTION 1. That the dedication from the Lakeside Village Association, Inc.
( "Lakeside Village") of a + .099 acre parcel of certain real property, Maricopa County
Assessor's Parcel No. 176 -25 -552, generally located at the southeast corner of El Lago
Boulevard and Saguaro Boulevard, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby accepted by the Town of Fountain Hills (the
"Town ").
SECTION 2. That the dedication from Lakeside Village of a f .187 acre parcel of
certain real property, Maricopa County Assessor's Parcel No. 176- 06 -701A, generally located at
the northeast corner of Panorama Drive and Saguaro Boulevard, as more particularly describe(]
in Exhibit B, attached licreto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby accepted by the
Town.
SECTION 3. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all steps and to execute all documents
necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
September 17, 2009.

PARCEL 1
Tract A, of PARCEL 12, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of
Maricopa County, Arizona, recorded as Book 579 of Maps, Page 40.
EXCEPT all minerals as reserved unto the United States of America in Patent of said land recorded
February 28, 1956 in Docket 1839, Page 426, records of Maricopa County, Arizona;
EXCEPT all oil, gases and other hydrocarbon substances, coal, stone, metals, minerals, fossils and
fertilizers of every name and description;
TOGETHER WITH all uranium, diorium, or other material which is or may be determined to be
particularly essential to the production of fissionable materials, whether or not of commercial value.
EXCEPT all underground water, in, under or flowing through said land and water rights appurtenant
thereto.

A part of Section 14, Township 3 North, Range 6 East, Gila & Salt River Basin &
Meridian, Maricopa County, Arizona.
Beginning at the Southwesterly comer of Bella Lago Condominiums as recorded in
Book 515, Page 34 of Maricopa County Records on the corrected Final Plat said point
is also an Eastern right -of -way of Saguaro Boulevard, said point being the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
thence leaving said right -of -way North 88 degrees 23 minutes 01 seconds East, a
distance of 70.00 feet;
thence South 10 degrees 46 minutes 10 seconds East, a distance of 123.70 feet to a
point of a curve on the Northern right -of -way of Panorama Boulevard, a non tangent
curve concave to the Southwest, of which the radius point lies South 21 degrees e
minutes 06 seconds West, a radial distance of 392.00 feet;
thence Westerly along said right -of -way along the arc, through a central angle of 01
degrees 19 minutes 04 seconds, a distance of 9,02 feet;
thence North 69 degrees 21 minutes 52 srcoads West continuing along said right -of-
way of Panorama Boulevard, a distance of 76.63 feet to a Point of a alive concave to
the Northeast having a radius of 20.00 feet and a central angle of 70 degrees 56 minutes
38 seconds;
thence Northwesterly along said are a distance of 24.76 feet to the point of a non-
tangent curve on the said Eastern right -of -way line of Saguaro Boulevard concave to
the West, of which the radius point lies North 88 degrees 25 minutes 20 seconds West,
a radial distance of 1,255.00 feet;
thence Northerly along said arc, through a central angle of 03 degrees 1 I minutes 46
seconds, a distance of 70.01 feet along said Saguaro Boulevard right-of-way to the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Containing 8,138.37 square feet or 0.1868 acres, more or less, subject to all existing
easements.
