HomeMy WebLinkAboutRes 2009-38RESOLUTION NO. 2009-38 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF REAL PROPERTY FROM LAKESIDE VILLAGE ASSOCIATION, INC. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS as follows: SECTION 1. That the dedication from the Lakeside Village Association, Inc. ( "Lakeside Village") of a + .099 acre parcel of certain real property, Maricopa County Assessor's Parcel No. 176 -25 -552, generally located at the southeast corner of El Lago Boulevard and Saguaro Boulevard, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby accepted by the Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town "). SECTION 2. That the dedication from Lakeside Village of a f .187 acre parcel of certain real property, Maricopa County Assessor's Parcel No. 176- 06 -701A, generally located at the northeast corner of Panorama Drive and Saguaro Boulevard, as more particularly describe(] in Exhibit B, attached licreto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby accepted by the Town. SECTION 3. That the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all steps and to execute all documents necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution. Containing 8,138.37 square feet or 0.1868 acres, more or less, subject to all existing easements.
