Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Fountain Hills
Board of Adjustment and to the general public that the Fountain Hills Board of Adjustment
will hold its regular meeting open to the general public on Tuesday, December 7, 1993,
at 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 16836 East Palisades Blvd.,
Fountain Hills, Arizona.

MEMORANDUM
TO: The Fountain Hills Board of Adjustment
FROM: Loras Rauch, Principal Planner
DATE: December 3, 1993
SUBJECT: Model Home Use Permit; SU93-11
This item on the Board's agenda is a continuance from the November 7, 1993 meeting.
A formal request to withdraw the above referenced case has been made by the
applicant to the Community Development Department. The withdrawal letter has been
inclosed in your packet. As you may recall the Board heard this case at its November
9, 1993 meeting (see enclosed minutes). Because the case was continued to the
December 7, 1993 meeting,action needs to be taken by the Board to either; accept the
request for withdrawal of the case, as requested by the applicant, or hear the case and
take whatever action the Board deems appropriate.
