Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Fountain Hills
Board of Adjustment and to the general public that the Fountain Hills Board of Adjustment
will hold its regular meeting open to the general public on Tuesday, January 11, 1994, at
7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall Council Chambers located at 16836 East Palisades Blvd.,
Fountain Hills, Arizona.

5. V93-06 16648 Kingstree Boulevard (Lot 20, Block 6, Plat 203) -
Review and Consider a Request for a Variance from the Required
Front Yard Setback of 40 Feet as Required by Article VII, Section 7.4
of the Town of Fountain Hills Zoning Ordinance to Allow for a Single-
family Residence Observing a 20 Foot Front Yard Setback.
6. An Appeal to Reverse the Zoning Administrator's Decision Declaring the
Application for Variance Number V93-05 Incomplete due to an Inadequate
Site Plan, and the Secretary to the Board of Adjustment's (Town Staff)
Refusal to Schedule a Board of Adjustment Hearing to Consider the
Variance,
