the general public that the Fountain Hills Board of Adjustment will hold a meeting, which is open to the general
public, on February 17, 2015, a t 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall Council Chambers, 16705 E.Avenue of the Fountains,
Fountain Hills,Arizona.

Staff Summary (background): Section 2-8-3 Officers of the Fountain Hills Town Code states: The board shall elect a
chair and vice-chair from among its own members, who shall serve for one year and until their successors are elected and
qualified. The chair shall preside at all meetings and exercise all the usual rights, duties, and prerogatives of the head of
any similar organization. The chair shall have the power to administer oaths and to take evidence. The vice-chair shall
perform the duties of the chair in the latter's absence or disability.
