Avenue of the Fountains Fountain Hills, AZ Pursuant to A.R.S. 38-431.02, notice is hereby given to the members of the Strategic Planning Advisory Commission and to the general public that the Strategic Planning Advisory Commission (SPAC) of Fountain Hills will hold a meeting on Thursday, December 2, 2010, beginning at 2:00 PM in Council Chambers on the 1st Floor of Town Hall, located at 16705 E. Avenue of the Fountains, Fountain Hills, Arizona. Commission members will attend either in person or via teleconference. A majority of the Town Council may be present. No official action will be taken. AGENDA: 1. Call to order 2:03 p.m. 2. Roll call 3. Call to the public NONE 4. Consideration of approving meeting minutes of November 10, 2010 APPROVED 5. Discussion with Town Attorney Andrew McGuire regarding open meeting laws, SPAC advocacy on Town issues/initiatives, and powers/limits of SPAC NO ACTION TAKEN 6. Town Manager's update NO ACTION TAKEN 7. Update on Town finances NO ACTION TAKEN 8. SPAC goals for 2010-11 NO ACTION TAKEN 9. Discuss next meeting agenda NO ACTION TAKEN 10. Schedule upcoming meeting dates 1/18/11 @ 3:00 p.m.; 2/15/11 @ 3:00 p.m.; 3/15/11 @ 3:00 p.m. 11.
