Commissioners of the Town of Fountain Hills will attend either in person or by telephone
conference call; a quorum of the Town's Council, various Commission, Committee or Board
members may be in attendance at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Meetings of the Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning
Commission will be closed to the public until further notice. However, the public is invited
to participate in these meetings through use of the following tool: 1
TO COMMENT IN WRITING: Please visit http://www.fh.az.gov/publiccomment and
SUBMIT a Public Comment Card by 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting. These comments
will be shared with the Planning and Zoning Commission.

3. CALL TO THE PUBLIC
Pursuant to A.R.S. §38-431.01(H),public comment is permitted(not required)on matters NOT listed on the
agenda.Any such comment(i)must be within the jurisdiction of the Commission, and(ii)is subject to
reasonable time,place,and manner restrictions. The Commission will not discuss or take legal action on
matters raised during Call to the Public unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action.
At the conclusion of the Call to the Public, individual commissioners may(i)respond to criticism, (ii)ask staff
to review a matter,or(iii)ask that the matter be placed on a future Commission agenda.
4. CONSIDERATION OF approving the meeting minutes of the Joint Meeting with the
Community Services Advisory Commission and the Planning and Zoning Commission
November 9, 2020, and the regular meeting minutes of the Planning and Zoning
Commission November 9, 2020.
5. HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER Ordinance 21-04, amending Zoning Ordinance
Chapter 5, General Provisions, Section 5.09, Walls and Fences, subsection A. 2. regarding
provisions for golf ball fences.
6. HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING AND CONSIDER Ordinance number 21-02, establishing section
2.08, Citizen Participation, in the Zoning Ordinance.
7. COMMISSION DISCUSSION/REQUEST FOR RESEARCH to staff.
