AVENUE OF THE FOUNTAINS, FOUNTAIN HILLS, AZ Commissioners of the Town of Fountain Hills will attend either in person or by telephone conference call; a quorum of the Town's Council, various Commission, Committee or Board members may be in attendance at the Planning and Zoning Commission meeting. fl REQUEST TO COMMENT Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Meetings of the Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission will be closed to the public until further notice. However, the public is invited to participate in these meetings through use of the following tool: 1 TO COMMENT IN WRITING: Please visit http://www.fh.az.gov/publiccomment and SUBMIT a Public Comment Card by 3:00 PM on the day of the meeting. The Commission will not discuss or take legal action on matters raised during Call to the Public unless the matters are properly noticed for discussion and legal action.
