Weldy 24 July 2022 Town of Fountain Hills Quote# 0724221JW T: 480-816-5133 E: jweldy@fh.az.gov Justin, Thanks for your call last week regarding the school flasher project for Fountain Hills which we presented in Quote# 0720221JW last week. In this quote we included the cost of powder coating some of the equipment to match the town’s streetscape plan. However, the powder needed is currently unavailable from the manufacturer (Cardinal) with no ETA available for the product. The powder coat shop that we work with for finishing ADOT A-poles for projects has 10 lbs of powder which is probably enough to do the job. However, regardless of an exact match or a very similar substitute that we used on another project for the town, lead-time for the powder process is 6-8 weeks at this time. You have indicated that you understand the issues and are willing to accept all of your equipment with a ‘bare’ metal finish to meet the project deadline for 8/9/22 operation. In addition, you have agreed that the town will provide the signs for the project and the 2.5”x 12’ square tube post for the advance diamond sign location. STC is willing to front the town a post if needed to move the project forward. The town will replace any such items fronted by STC within 30 days of project substantial completion. Assuming that all of the design assumptions listed in Quote# 0720221JW remain the same, they are incorporated into this revision by reference. The changes you have agreed to will impact pricing and part numbers as follows: Description Qty $/each Extension Master school flasher location 1: 80SPXM040H-1-1BXB, 40W Solar PED-X flasher crosswalk master 1 $2,950 $2,950 unit with 40W top of pole solar array, 1B enclosure with pole mounts, wiring package including RF cable and antenna kit, control panel with integrated charge/flasher control and XB radio/logic package, one sealed 80Ah battery, security hardware kit, Bulldog Ped button station with 5x7.75” R10-25 sign and documentation (one required per site, MCDOT contract 200125-C pricing) 80MODIFY1, Remove Bulldog button station from above power system 1 $ (80) $ (80) includes integration of STC-01 on the control panel with revised drawings and documentation 80STC013DCM, STC-01 mini time clock with 6 ON/OFF activations 1 $ 297 $ 297 per day, 16 holiday skip periods, 4 alternate schedule periods with up to 3 ON/OFF activations per day, 8 alternate schedule periods with up to 6 ON/OFF activations per day, DST and leap year correction, dual color back lit LCD screen, 6 line by 16 character display, six user interface buttons, two 10A relays, micro SD memory port, Ethernet port with web server function and mounting hardware (hardware package FL1F) (SW version M or higher, MCDOT contract 200-125-C pricing) 80MODIFY2, add Vonets WIFI industrial interface module for STC-01M 1 $ 78 $ 78 timer, up to 30’ range through the system enclosure 80BK12AL-G2, 12” Amber DC LED beacon kit with yellow poly 2 $ 450 $ 900 signal head and tunnel visor, 12” gen 2 DC LED with 196 LED elements, upper arm assembly, one-way hub with u-bolt, universal , lamp closure kit and 5” louvered black back plate.
