HomeMy WebLinkAboutTOFHAZ_BrandingEstimate_2024 - signed01.11.24 The Town of Fountain Hills Branding Implementation Estimate Understanding The Town of Fountain Hills is interested in collaborating with Gordley Group for the implementation and expansion of its new brand. Since the natural progression of the effort will be extensive and the overall plan and schedule are yet to be defined, Gordley Group is requesting an on-call contract for $25,000. We will invoice the Town monthly based on time and materials at our current hourly rates as we progress through the project until its completion or the budget is exhausted. Phase I Create and launch a campaign introducing the Townʼs new tagline, "Naturally". The campaign will include social media posts, targeted eblasts and support materials for the Mayorʼs State of the Town meeting on January 31. Adopting the new tagline will be the foundation for the town leadership to extend the brand and its messaging in the future. The following tasks need to be accomplished: • Create a logo and tagline lockup. • Design and layout social media ads. • Develop an e-blast to be sent to town leadership and stakeholders. • Incorporate the new tagline into the brand guidelines. Phase II Gordley will be responsible for defining creative design and messaging, aimed at town residents, businesses, potential business owners, and visitors. These new campaigns will be designed by incorporating brand color palettes and typography. These design elements will help create sub-brand opportunities in the Townʼs defined districts, including The Avenue, Business, South End, Civic, and Saguaro Districts. The following tasks will be undertaken by Gordley as part of this project: • Developing a creative ad campaign with new messaging. • Identifying existing and new color palettes for sub-brands. • Creating other collateral materials such as brochures, postcards/direct mail, outdoor banners and signage. Phase III When launching a new brand, having a well-planned media and marketing strategy is crucial for its success. Gordley Group, a renowned marketing agency, highly recommends developing a comprehensive plan that includes multiple media outlets like print, radio, digital, social media, and outdoor advertising. This approach will help ensure that your brand is reaching the right target audience and gaining the maximum exposure it deserves. Moreover, Gordley also emphasizes the importance of public relation services, which can help you secure earned media opportunities in surrounding areas like Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Glendale and Tucson. With a strong media and PR strategy, the Townʼs brand can make a lasting impression on your target audience and establish a strong presence in the market. Estimate Total: $25,000 Approved: Date: Assumptions and Exclusions: This is an estimate based on the specific tasks identified above and our experience with similar projects. Estimate may vary by plus or minus 15%. Estimate includes two rounds of client content and design revisions per item. Estimate does not include printing, photography or illustration costs. Client will be notified if additional revisions and/or a substantial change in client direction results in additional charges.
