A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN MILLS, ARIZONA, ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF REAL
PROPERTY FOR PUBLIC USE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS as follows:
ShCTlON 1. The dedication of a parcel of real property generally located east of Sierra
Madre Drive and south of Golden Eagle Boulevard, as more particularly described and depicted
on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby accepted by the
Town of Fountain Hills from Sunridgc Canyon Community Association, an Arizona corporation,
Ibr public purposes,
SECTION 2. Thai the Mayor, the Town Manager, the Town Clerk and the Town
Attorney are hereby authorized and directed to take all steps and to execute all documents
necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
October 21, 2010.
