WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona and Ataco, El Salvador
are Sister Cities that extend hands of friendship and share cultural
understanding with each other, and
WHEREAS, this affiliation requires support from the citizens and

governments of both communities, and

WHEREAS, Carlos Enrique Araujo, has demonstrated humanitarianism and

donated generously to further this important Sister City relationship and has

championed the Sister City mission,

NOW, THEREFORE, 1, Jay T. Schlum, Mayor of the Town of Fountain
Hills, Arizona, do hereby proclaim the Town's gratitude and appreciation to
