Home My WebLink AboutRes 1991-16C RESOLUTION NO. 1991 -16 A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ADOPTING A CONSTRUCTION FEE SCHEDULE FOR CONSTRUCTION PLAN REVIEWS. WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills will have numerous construction activities taking place within its corporate limits; and WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills desires to review said plans for conformance to the construction standards adopted by the Town Council; and WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills incurs direct costs in reviewing construction plans; and WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills wants an equitable system to IL assess such costs; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Fountain Hills adopts the attached construction fee schedule for construction plan reviews.
