A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, DESIGNATING THE TIMES OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS AS ITS OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER.
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills desires to keep the
general public informed of public meetings and actions; and
WHEREAS, The State of Arizona requires public notifications
and publications to be made in a newspaper of general circulation
prior to the holding of public hearings and adoption of ordinances;
and
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills has solicited proposals
from area newspaper publications generally circulated in the
corporate limits of Fountain Hills;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that The Town of Fountain Hills
designates The Times of Fountain Hills as its official newspaper
and will publish all required public notifications in said
newspaper.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, 1990 by the Mayor
and Town Council of Fountain Hills.
