® A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS, ARIZONA, AUTHORIZING THE DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL OF GENERAL /HURF
FUND MONIES IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL OPERATED BY THE
STATE TREASURER; AND DESIGNATING THE OFFICERS /AGENTS AUTHORIZED TO
ORDER THE DEPOSIT OR WITHDRAWAL OF SAID MONIES.
WHEREAS, local governments in Arizona are authorized to participate in a
Local Government Investment Pool, established pursuant to section 35 -326, Arizona
Revised Statutes, and operated by the State Treasurer; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Fountain Hills desires to participate in the Local
Government Investment Pool;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of Fountain Hills does
hereby authorize the deposit and withdrawal of General /HURF Fund monies in the
Local Government Investment Pool operated by the State Treasurer in accordance
with section 35 -326, Arizona Revised Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following officers /agents or their
successors in office be authorized to order the deposit or wit rawal of monies
