AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1991 -15 WHICH ORDERED
THE SALE OF TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA
STREET AND HIGHWAY USER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES
1991, IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT
OF $1,200,000, FIXING THE DATE AND HOUR OF SALE
AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE
INVITING PROPOSALS FOR PURCHASE OF BONDS

The Mayor declared the Resolution adopted as introduced.
There being no further business relative to the above
matter, the meeting was adjourned.

RESOLUTION NO. 1991 -19
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, AMEND-
ING RESOLUTION NO. 1991 -15 WHICH ORDERED THE
SALE OF TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA STREET
AND HIGHWAY USER REVENUE BONDS, SERIES 1991,
IN THE TOTAL AGGREGATE PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF
$1,200,000, FIXING THE DATE AND HOUR OF SALE
AND DIRECTING THE PUBLICATION OF NOTICE INVIT-
ING PROPOSALS FOR PURCHASE OF BONDS
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1991 -15 of the Mayor
and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, it was
resolved that $1,200,000 Street and Highway User Revenue Bonds,
Series 1991, of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona (the "Town "),
which were voted on at a special bond election held in the Town on
March 12, 1991, shall be offered for public sale by the Town at the
date and hour set forth in the official notice of sale of such
bonds, substantially in the form attached thereto as Exhibit A (the
"Notice ") and that the Town Clerk was thereby authorized and
directed to cause the Notice to be published once a week for four
(4) successive weeks in the Arizona Republic a newspaper of general
circulation within Maricopa County, Arizona, prior to the date set
to receive bids on such bonds; and
WHEREAS, the Notice has been published on April 9, 1991,
and it has been determined that the form of the Notice should be
revised as indicated in Exhibit A hereto (the "Revised Notice ") for
the subsequent publications thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON
COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, that Resolution No.
1991 -15 is hereby amended to substitute the Revised Notice for the
Notice for such subsequent publications thereof.
PASSED, ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the Mayor and Common
Counsel of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, on April 18, 1991.

SUMMARY OF
NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS
FOR PURCHASE OF BONDS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed, unconditional pro-
posals for the purchase of $1,200,000 principal amount of Street
and Highway User Revenue Bonds, Series 1991 (the "Bonds "), of the
Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona (the "Town "), will be received by
the Mayor and Common Council of the Town at the office of the Town
Manager, 16836 East Palisades, Building C, Fountain Hills, Arizona
85269, until 10:00 a.m., Arizona Time, on May 2, 1991.
FURTHER INFORMATION: Reference is hereby made to the
April 9, 1991, edition of the Arizona Republic for a complete copy
of the Notice Inviting Proposals For Purchase Of Bonds, such form
of the Notice being incorporated herein by the reference for all
purposes. Further information, including copies of the Notice
Inviting Proposals For Purchase Of Bonds, copies of the bid form,
copies of the Resolution and copies of the Official Statement may
be obtained from the Town Manager at Town Hall, 16836 East
Palisades, Building C, Fountain Hills, Arizona 85269 or Peacock,
Hislop, Staley & Given, Inc., Investment Bankers for the Town, at
100 Concord Place, 2999 North 44th Street, Phoenix, Arizona 85018.
