RESOLUTION NO 1991 -27
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA AUTHORIZING
AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A FIFTEEN
YEAR NONEXCLUSIVE CABLE TELEVISION LICENSE WITH
AMERICAN CABLE TELEVISION, INC.
WHEREAS, The Town of Fountain Hills issued requests for
proposal on Cable Television service on the 4th day of October,
1990; and
WHEREAS, On January 4th, 1991 American Cable Television, Inc.
did submit in proper form and with proper fees, its response to the
request for proposal;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That attached hereto and incorporated by reference
herein is a License Agreement by and between the Town of Fountain
Hills and American Cable Television, Inc. dated the 2nd day of May,
1991.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Town Clerk are hereby authorized
and directed to execute said License Agreement on behalf of the
Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of May, 1991 by the Mayor and
Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills.
