A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA
DECLARING PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 9 -801 AS A PUBLIC
RECORD THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT FILED WITH THE
TOWN CLERK AND ENTITLED "ARTICLE XXXV THROUGH
ARTICLE XXXIX OF THE ZONING CODE OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS ".
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the
Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona, as follows:
Section 1. That a certain document entitled "Article
XXXV Through Article XXXIX of the Zoning Code of Fountain Hills ",
three copies of which are on file in the office of the Town Clerk,
is hereby declared to be a public record and said three copies are
ordered to remain on file for inspection and use by the public
during normal business hours at the Town Hall of the Town of
Fountain Hills.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of
Fountain Hills, Arizona this 2nd day of May, 1991.
