RESOLUTION NO. 1993 -31
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS, MARICOPA COUNTY,
ARIZONA DECLARING THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS, OCTOBER 7, 1993, CHAPTER 17 OF THE TOWN CODE,
A PUBLIC RECORD PURSUANT TO A.R.S. 9 -801.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
Arizona, as follow:
Section 1. That A.R.S. 9 -801 et.seq. provides for the adoption by reference of public
records.
Section 2. That attached hereto is a document known as the Zoning Ordinance for
the Town of Fountain Hills, October 7, 1993, Chapter 17 of the Town Code.
Section 3. That said document is hereby declared to be a public record and that three
(3) copies thereof shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk for public use and inspection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain
Hills, Arizona this 7th of October, 1993.
