A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA ANNEXING
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN
HILLS PURSUANT A.R.S.§9-47 l.N.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.That pursuant toA.R.S.§9-47l.N.,the Town of Fountain Hillsandthe County
of Maricopa may cause the annexation of certain real property ifsaidrealpropertyconsistsof
landthatis entirely a Maricopa County right-of-way withnotaxablerealpropertydescribed
therein.
Section 2.Thatinadditiontothe conditions setforthin Section 1.above,thepropertymust
be adjacent tothe Town of Fountain Hills forthe entire length of the annexation.
Section 3.That attached hereto and marked as Exhibit Aisthelegal description of aparcel
ofrealpropertythatis Maricopa County right-of-way and containing notaxablerealproperty.
Section 4.That attached hereto and marked as Exhibit Bisamap indicating the location of
the subject real property.
Section 5.That the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills hereby findsthatthe
real property described in Exhibit Aand depicted in Exhibit B meets the conditions of the State
Statutesreferredtoherein,andupon concurrence bythe Maricopa CountyBoardof Supervisors
hereby annexes that certain real property tothe Town limits of the Town of Fountain Hills.

BEGINNING ata point onthe southerly right of way of Shea Boulevard,from
whichthe Northeast corner of said Section 29 bears North53 degrees 24 minutes
37 seconds Easta distance of 1472.46 feet;thence South 79 degrees 13 minutes
03 seconds West along said southerly right of waya distance of 500.00 feet;
thence departing said southerly right of way,North10 degrees 46 minutes 57
seconds Westa distance of 400.00 feettothe northerly right of way of Shea
Boulevard;thence North 79 degrees 13 minutes 03 seconds East along saidright
ofway,a distance of 500.00 feet;thence departing said northerly right of way,
