A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,AUTHORIZING THE DEPOSIT AND
WITHDRAWAL OF GENERAL/HURF FUND MONIES BY THE MEMBERS OF
THE TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS INVESTMENT COMMITTEE
ESTABLISHED BY MOTION OF THE COUNCIL;AND DESIGNATING THE
OFFICERS/AGENTS AUTHORIZED TO ORDER THE DEPOSIT OR
WITHDRAWAL OF SAID MONIES.
WHEREAS,local governments inArizonaare authorized toinvestpublicfundsas governed by
A.R.S.section 35-323,Arizona Revised Statutes,and
WHEREAS,theTownofFountainHillsdesirestopursuealternateinvestingoptionsofidle
fundsfora period notto exceed three(3)years.
NOW,THEREFORE,BEIT RESOLVED thattheTownCouncilofFountainHillsdoeshereby
authorize the deposit and withdrawal of General/HURF Fund monies bythe Investment Committee
members or their successors in accordance with Section 35-323,Arizona Revised Statutes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED thatthe following officers/agents ortheir successors inoffice
be authorized to order the deposit or withdrawal of monies:
Paul Nordin,Town Manager
Cassie Hansen,Town Clerk
Julie Ghetti,Town Accountant
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of Januar^,1995,by the Mayor and Common Council
of the Town of Fountain Hills,Arizona.
