A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWNOF FOUNTAIN HELLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,ARIZONA,
AMENDING THE FOUNTAIN HILLS GENERAL PLAN BY ADOPTING
THE BANK OF AMERICA GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS,The Town of Fountain Hills adopted the Fountain Hills General Plan in
accordance with Arizona Revised Statues §9-461.05 on May 6,1994;and
WHEREAS,The Arizona Revised Statues §9-461-06.provides authority to amend an adopted
general plan;and
WHEREAS,TheTownhasreceivedand developed the BankofAmericaGeneralPlan
Amendment;and
WHEREAS,The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission,according to Arizona
Revised Statues §9-461.06.,duly advertised andhelda public hearing onthe
BankofAmericaGeneralPlan Amendment onMay25,1995;and
WHEREAS,The Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,according to
Arizona Revised Statues §9-461.06.,duly advertised andhelda public hearing on
the Bank of AmericaGeneralPlan Amendment onAugust3,1995;
NOW THEREFORE,The Mayor and Common Council oftheTownof Fountain Hills,
Arizonaherebyadoptsthe Bank of America General Plan
Amendment,dated May 5,1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this3rddayof August,1995 bytheMayorand Common Councilof
the Town of Fountain Hills,Arizona.
