A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,DECLARING AND ADOPTING THE RESULTS OF
THEPRIMARYELECTIONHELDON AUGUST 26,2014.
WHEREAS,the Town of Fountain Hills (the "Town")did hold a primary election by mail ballot
onthe consolidated election ballot of August 26,2014 (the "Primary Election),for the
nomination/electionoftheMayorandthreeCouncilmembers;and
WHEREAS,the Primary Election returns have been presented to and have been canvassed by
the Mayor and Council of the Town of Fountain Hills.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS as follows:
SECTION 1.The recitals above are hereby incorporated asif fully set forth herein.
SECTION2.Thetotalnumberofregisteredvoterswas 16.213:thetotalnumberofballotscast
atthe Primary Election was 6.124,thetotal number ofballots rejected was52,andthetotalrateof return
was 37.77%.

Town at the Primary Election,and the Town Clerk is hereby directed to issue certificates of election:

SECTION 6.This Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption.

Resolution.
