PROCLAMATION
Constitution Week 2014
WHEREAS,September 17,2014 marks the 227th anniversary of the
drafting of the Constitution of the United States of America bythe
Constitutional Convention;and
WHEREAS,itisfittingand proper to officially recognize this
magnificent document andthe anniversary of its creation;and
WHEREAS,it is fitting and proper to officially recognize the
patriotic celebrations which will commemorate the occasion;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Linda M.Kavanagh,Mayor of the Town of
Fountain Hills,Arizona,do hereby proclaim September 17 through
23,2014 tobe CONSTITUTION WEEK in Fountain Hills and
hereby ask our citizens to reaffirm the ideals the Framers of the
Constitution had in 1787.
