A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS, ARIZONA, PROVIDING NOTICE OF THE REGULAR
PRIMARY ELECTION; ESTABLISHING POLLING PLACES AND
VOTING DISTRICTS AND THE TIMES THAT SUCH POLLS WILL BE
OPEN; AND DESIGNATING THE DEADLINE FOR VOTER
REGISTRATION.
WHEREAS, it is provided by law for the holding of a Primary Election; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Town Council have by resolution called a Primary Election to be
held on March 8, 1994.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and the Town Council of the Town
of Fountain Hills, as follows:
Section 1. Designation of Election Date
That the Town Primary Election be held on Tuesday, March 8, 1994 for the purpose of
nominating candidates for the offices of Mayor and Town Council. (Any candidate receiving a
majority of all of the votes cast at the Primary Election will be declared elected without running
at the General Municipal Election.)
Section 2. Polling Places and Voting Districts
The polling places and voting districts are as follows:
Polling Place #1, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #1:
Christ's Church of Fountain Hills, 15555 E. Bainbridge
Polling Place #2, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #2:
Fountain Hills School District Administration Building, 14605 N. Del Cambre
Polling Place #3, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #3:
Fountain Hills Presbyterian Church, 13001 N. Fountain Hills Blvd.
Polling Place #4, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #4:
Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Corner of El Lago & Fountain Hills Blvd.
Polling Place #5, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #5:
Fountain Hills Community Center, 11445 N. Saguaro Blvd.

Polling Place #6, Fountain Hills District (Precinct) #6:
Fountain Hills Community Church, 15202 N. Fountain Hills Blvd.
The polls will be open from 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.
Section 3. Designating the Deadline for Voter Registration
County registration and voting lists will be used for the municipal elections which
includes the primary and if necessary, the general elections. In order to be qualified to vote at
the primary, you must, per Resolution 1993 -36, adopted November 4, 1993, be registered by
February 7, 1994. In order to be qualified to vote at the May 17, 1994 general election, you
must be registered by April 18, 1994.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain
Hills, Arizona, this 20th day of January, 1994.
