A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,ARIZONA
DECLARING THAT CERTAIN DOCUMENT KNOWN AS THE
SUNRIDGE CANYON AREA SPECIFIC PLAN,MAY 18,1994,FOR THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,A PUBLIC RECORD PURSUANT TO
A.R.S.9-801.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
Arizona,as follows:
Section 1.

That A.R.S.9-801 et.seq.provides for the adoption by reference of
That attached hereto is a document known as the Sunridge Canyon
That said document is hereby declared to be a public record and that
three (3)copies thereof shall be kept on file in the office of the Town Clerk for public use and
inspection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain
Hills,Arizona this 19th day of May,1994.
