A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF FOUNTAIN HILLS,ARIZONA,AUTHORIZING INVESTMENT
MONIES IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT INVESTMENT POOL
OPERATED BY THE STATE TREASURER.
WHEREAS,local governments in Arizona are authorized to participate in a Local
Government Investment Pool (LGIP),established pursuant to section 35-326,Arizona Revised
Statutes, and operated by the State Treasurer; and
WHEREAS,the Town of Fountain Hillsdesires to participate in the Local Government
Investment Pool;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council of Fountain Hills does
hereby authorize the deposit and withdrawal of monies in theLocal Government Investment Pool
operated by the State Treasurer in accordance with section 35-326, Arizona Revised Statutes.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1stdayof September,1994,by the Mayor and Common
Council of the Town of Fountain Hills, Arizona.
