A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND COMMON COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
FOUNTAIN HILLS,MARICOPA COUNTY,ARIZONA,AMENDING THE
FOUNTAIN HILLS GENERAL PLAN BY ADOPTING GENERAL PLAN
AMENDMENT GPA 95-03.
WHEREAS,The Town of Fountain Hills adopted the Fountain Hills General Planin
accordance with Arizona Revised Statues §9-461.05 onMay6,1993;and
WHEREAS,The Arizona Revised Statues §9-461-06.provides authority to amend anadopted
general plan;and
WHEREAS,The Town has received and developed the General Plan Amendment GPA95-03
which is4.0 acres located east of Monterey Drive,north of Shea Boulevard,south
of Sunrise Point Final Plat and west of Cereus Wash as shown in attachment "A";
and
WHEREAS,The Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission,according to Arizona
Revised Statues §9-461.06.,duly advertised and held a public hearing onthe
General Plan Amendment GPA95-03 on August 24,1995;and
WHEREAS,The Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,according to
Arizona Revised Statues §9-461.06.,duly advertised and held a public hearing on
the General Plan Amendment GPA95-03 on September 7,1995;

NOW THEREFORE,The Mayor and Common Council of the Town of Fountain Hills,
Arizonaherebyadoptsthe General Plan Amendment GPA95-03,
dated June 26,1995.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this7thday of September,1995bythe Mayor and Common Council
of the Town of Fountain Hills,Arizona.
